Now you can enjoy this delicious dumpling at home by making it with the Thermomix, and a lot of it too as it yields a big serving!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7395.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-653 aligncenter\" alt=\"KBD_7395\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7395-1024x680.jpg\" width=\"792\" height=\"526\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prep and Cooking Time &#8211; <strong>25 minutes<\/strong>\u00a0| Serves\u00a0<strong>&#8211; makes approximately 20 &#8211; 30 dumplings.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>&#8211; 170g pre-marinated garlic prawns<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 450g pork, cubed<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 cup dried sliced shiitake mushrooms<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 20g spring onions, green section<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 2 egg whites<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a01 \u00bd \u00a0teaspoon soy sauce<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a01 \u00bd \u00a0Tablespoon cooking sherry<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0\u00bd teaspoon sesame oil<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 2 teaspoon corn starch<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 Tablespoon TM vegetable stock concentrate<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; wonton or siu mai wrappers<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1L boiling water<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; mini cubed carrots to garnish<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in warm water for approximately 20-30 minutes. When completely softened, squeeze the excess liquid and moisture out of the mushrooms. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7387.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-654 aligncenter\" alt=\"KBD_7387\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7387-1024x680.jpg\" width=\"462\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Place spring onion greens into the bowl and chop <strong>3 sec \/ speed 7<\/strong>. You may need to do this twice to ensure the spring onions are finely chopped. Scrape the sides of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add the soaked mushrooms and chop <strong>5 sec \/ speed 7<\/strong>. Scrape the sides of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add the pork, prawns, egg whites, soy sauce, sherry, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar and vegetable stock concentrate and mix <strong>40 sec \/ speed 5 \/<\/strong><b> <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"counter-clockwise operation\" alt=\"counter-clockwise operation\" src=\"http:\/\/www.recipecommunity.com.au\/sites\/all\/modules\/contrib\/smileys\/packs\/thermomix\/counterclock.png\" \/>\u00a0<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>Divide the meat mixture between wonton wrappers and push together into small purse shapes, with a flat bottom and without sealing the tops. Place assembled sui mai\u2019s onto the Varoma tray and garnish with the mini cubed carrots.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7390.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-655 aligncenter\" alt=\"KBD_7390\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/02\/KBD_7390-1024x680.jpg\" width=\"462\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Rinse out your Thermomix bowl and add boiling water. Set the Varoma into position and steam <strong>16 minutes \/ Varoma \/ speed 2<\/strong>.
