I have simplified the popular Asian soup recipe for the Thermomix which is also a favourite to order when dining in at the local Chinese restaurant. My version is also very thick, chunky and heart warming &#8211; the perfect meal to warm away the cold chills.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/KBD_7476.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-713 aligncenter\" alt=\"KBD_7476\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/03\/KBD_7476-1024x680.jpg\" width=\"792\" height=\"526\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Prep and Cooking Time &#8211; <strong>20 minutes<\/strong> | Serves &#8211; <strong>4 to 6<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>&#8211; 25g spring onions (2 pieces)<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 2 cloves of garlic<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 30g olive oil<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 Tablespoon Chicken Stock Concentrate<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 400g chicken, cut into cubes &nbsp;(I used thigh pieces in this recipe)<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 170g water<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 20g cornflour<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 2x 420g cans of creamed corn<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 Tablespoon light soy sauce<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 teaspoon fish sauce<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 2 eggs<\/div>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Chop garlic and spring onion&nbsp;<strong>3 sec \/ speed 7<\/strong>. Then add oil and saut\u00e9 <strong>2 min \/ 100<sup>o<\/sup>C&nbsp;\/ speed 1.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Add chicken cubes and chicken stock concentrate and saut\u00e9&nbsp;<strong>4 min \/ 100<sup>o<\/sup>C \/ <img decoding=\"async\" title=\"counter-clockwise operation\" alt=\"counter-clockwise operation\" src=\"http:\/\/www.recipecommunity.com.au\/sites\/all\/modules\/contrib\/smileys\/packs\/thermomix\/counterclock.png\">&nbsp;\/speed 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Mix water and cornflour together until dissolved. Set aside.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Add creamed corn, soy sauce, dissolved cornflour and fish sauce into the bowl and cook <strong>10 min \/ 100<sup>o<\/sup>C \/&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"counter-clockwise operation\" alt=\"counter-clockwise operation\" src=\"http:\/\/www.recipecommunity.com.au\/sites\/all\/modules\/contrib\/smileys\/packs\/thermomix\/counterclock.png\">&nbsp;\/speed 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Add the two eggs to the bowl and using the spatula, break the egg yolks and mixing the egg through the soup. Continue cooking&nbsp;<strong>5 min \/ 100<sup>o<\/sup>C \/&nbsp;<img decoding=\"async\" title=\"counter-clockwise operation\" alt=\"counter-clockwise operation\" src=\"http:\/\/www.recipecommunity.com.au\/sites\/all\/modules\/contrib\/smileys\/packs\/thermomix\/counterclock.png\">&nbsp;\/speed 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour the soup into your ThermoServer and stir the soup to ensure the everything is combined.
