It&#8217;s just something you have to enjoy at least once \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7931.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-853 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7931.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_7931\" width=\"3976\" height=\"2651\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Prep and Cooking Time &#8211; <strong>30 minutes<\/strong> | Serves &#8211; <strong>4 tails<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a02 whole lobster tails, thawed<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0salt and pepper, to taste<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0garlic and herb butter<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 375ml (1 bottle) of beer (I used Emu Export)<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 lemon<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Butterfly the crayfish tails by cutting it lengthways through the centre and trim off fins. You will now have four half tails.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7898.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-855\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7898-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_7898\" width=\"462\" height=\"308\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Place half lobster tails into the Varoma bowl\u00a0flesh-side up. Season flesh with salt and pepper, and liberally cover flesh with garlic and herb butter.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7918.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-857\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7918-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_7918\" width=\"462\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Add beer to the TM bowl. Close the lid and place Varoma bowl\u00a0containing seasoned tails on top. Steam for\u00a0<strong>15-18 minutes \/ Varoma \/ speed 2<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7917.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-858\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7917-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_7917\" width=\"462\" height=\"307\" \/><\/a>Cut the lemon in half. Juice one half and keep aside; use the other half of the lemon to cut and make wedgies. Once steamed, plate the crayfish tails immediately with the lemon wedges and drizzle the tails with the reserved lemon juice.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7929.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-859\" src=\"http:\/\/192.168.0.14\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/KBD_7929-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_7929\" width=\"660\" height=\"438\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>NOTES AND VARIATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steaming times\u00a0may vary depending on the thickness of the crayfish tail. The size of the crayfish tails will also determine how many you can put in the Varoma bowl at any given time steaming.<\/p>\n<p>The crayfish tails will curl up as they are steamed \/ cooked.
