Should I make a batch of these babies, I can also have a drink too &#8211; one for you, and two for me&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Panna Cotta&#8217;s are a great make-ahead dessert, plus any chilled sweet dessert is a bonus in this Perth heat. The pistachio gives the panna cotta a bit of texture but it can totally be omitted if you aren&#8217;t a fan. To be honest, I was never a panna cotta fan but I think this recipe has converted me.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/KBD_8554.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-933\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mylalalife.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/KBD_8554-1024x680.jpg\" alt=\"KBD_8554\" width=\"900\" height=\"598\" \/><\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/dev.lalaskitchen.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/KBD_8551.jpg\"><br \/>\n<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Prep and Cooking Time &#8211; <\/strong>15 minutes + chill time<strong> | Serves &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong>6 &#8211; 8 portions (subject to mould size)<\/p>\n<p><strong>INGREDIENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<div>&#8211; 80g Pistachios<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; 1 Tablespoon gelatin powder<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a060g chilled water<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0100g raw sugar<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0300g thickened cream<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0220g milk<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a01 teaspoon vanilla essence<\/div>\n<div>&#8211;\u00a0100g Pink Moscato wine<\/div>\n<div>&#8211; \u00bc teaspoon rose pink food colouring (optional)<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>EQUIPMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Something to mould your panna cotta &#8211; mini bundt pans, ramekins, silicon moulds<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>METHOD<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place water in a small bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin granules onto the chilled water and set aside to soften.<\/p>\n<p>Add pistachios to TM bowl and roughly chop <strong>8 sec \/ speed 5<\/strong>. Set aside and clean TM bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Place sugar in TM bowl and mill <strong>10 sec \/ speed 9<\/strong>. Scrape sides of the bowl.<\/p>\n<p>Add cream, milk and vanilla essence to the TM bowl and cook <strong>10 mins \/ 80oC \/ speed 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Add Pink Moscato wine, dissolved gelatin and food colouring (if using) and mix together <strong>3 mins \/ speed 3<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour\u00a0and divide the cooked panna cotta mixture evenly amongst prepared moulds. Leave to chill in the fridge uncovered for one hour. After one hour, cover the panna cotta with cling wrap and allow it to continue chilling in the fridge.<\/p>\n<p>To serve, unmould the panna cotta by running a thin knife around the edge of the mould.
